JULY, 2010—ADVANCED DISCIPLESHIP CAMP FOR NATIONAL STAFF, LEADERS, AND ‘EMERGING’ LEADERS.
Our July Advanced Discipleship Camp is the next level for those who have been involved in our discipleship programs. Our prayer is that we may be able to host 20-25 of our national staff, and key leaders who serve in our orphanage ministry teams, our camp discipleship leadership teams, and our Russian evangelism team. We will engage both in a topical study, and a study chapter-by-chapter of the Gospel of Luke. Uniquely, participants have three areas of service in which the can put into practice what they are learning: an orphanage ministry team committing one weekend a month, September through May, traveling to and ministering at orphanages; the Russian evangelism team that shares the Gospel in secular youth camps; and leading the other camps.

JULY, 2010—RUSSIAN EVANGELISM TEAM TIME OF PREPARATION FOR MINISTRY each summer, we prepare and send out a Russian Evangelism team that use musical theater as a tool to share the Gospel with young people attending secular youth camps. Each night, as many as 80-90 pray to receive Christ in one-on-one ministry after the outreach. They complete follow-up forms, receive Bibles and a through-the-mail program begins….eventually they are sent an application to the next summer’s camp. During the second half of July rehearsals and preparations begin. In the past six years over 4,000 young people have prayed to receive Christ through the ministry of the team!

AUGUST, 2010—NEWCOMERS’ DISCIPLESHIP CAMP—our biggest, longest and most in-depth discipleship camp of the summer. We are praying for another 35 camp sponsorships bringing our total number foe the August camp to 65 participants. This will be our 17th summer conducting discipleship camps there.

Pray for a dynamic impact as they go into secular youth camps throughout the area and share with thousands of young people!
